Fully funded classrooms start with respected teachers

A teacher and students in a bright classroom

. The story

A child's future should never depend on their zip code. Yet across our district, some schools boast robotics labs while others ration paper. Marlowe's education plan closes that gap by funding the classroom first — the teachers, buildings, and early years that decide everything after.

What investment looks like

1. Teachers who can afford to stay

A $10,000 average raise plus loan relief ends the exodus of great educators — and ends teachers buying supplies out of pocket.

2. Buildings worthy of kids

Sixty renovations: safe roofs, science labs, high-speed internet, and counselors' offices in every school.

3. Starts early, ends debt-free

Universal pre-K, K–8 tutoring, and two free years of community college or trade school — paths without lifetime debt.

“I teach 32 fourth-graders with textbooks older than they are. Fund my classroom and watch what these kids do.”

— Marcus T., public school teacher, at the Youth Voices Forum
